As I look back on camps this summer, I am proud of the work and care that made them possible. I am thankful that God uses people, like me, to do his work.

Traditionally, international missions has been organized through a church, but social entrepreneurship seeks to impact people through small businesses.

When your vision is clear, your culture is strong, and your strategies are effective, alignment is the outcome.

As a missionary “fellowship” and “community” are lifeboats, gulps of fresh water, of life-or-death importance.

I have already begun to see the ways that focusing on what God wants for us through these values has helped our team grow to be a healthier team.

We should always make time to fellowship with other Christians and to seek God’s will for our lives. Typically, that requires getting away from the things that distract us, so that we can give God our full attention.

What do you do when God changes your direction? What should you do when you are putting all your efforts into something, and then the Lord tells you to stop?

While it’s easy for us to fall into the routine of ministry, and even more specifically, the routine of our roles, the danger is that we become comfortable in the “usual” and forget to recognize when God is preparing us to do a new thing!
